We really needed this!!After a 3 hr drive in heavy traffic, and a hasle to find a parking spot. We walked towards the hidden beach and the lovely situated restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was friendly and fast. We ate in the shade of the trees, and had a little breeze of the lake. We can recommend the « Tartare a Thon » and the «Tartare d’boeuf » …..and keep space for the deserts

We’re a family of 4, and this was definitely the highlight meal of our 10 day’s holiday. A tranquil setting on the beach, great vibe and atmosphere… and then there's the food! What they do, they do very well - beautiful flavours and presentation, served by the friendliest and most helpful staff made it a really lovely evening, a real joy. Mercy beaucoup.

It's a rare occasion that one is happy with literally every aspect of a place, but it was the case for me here.First of all, the beach setting is beautiful. Secondly, the service was flawless: Even though the place was packed and the waitresses were really busy, they were friendly, helpful, patient and always right there whenever we needed something and the waiting times were minimal - I'm still clueless as to how they pulled that off. The food was also great (one of the few places in rural France that offers good vegetarian meals as well).
